THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Do you include digital images?
    We provide the digital image for an additional cost. Be aware that we maintain the copyrights of the photos.
  • Are deposits refundable?
    We take a deposit with each booking to provide security and peace of mind. This holds people accountable and shows them the value of your time. A cancelation with less than 48 hours' notice causes you to lose your deposit.
  • How much are your photography services?
    Each image or product has a precise cost and is on the pricing page; this price is final without the shipment, handling, or tax.
  • What types of photography do you do?
    We specialize in several types of photography. People will first want to know what kind of services we offer. If you are looking for a different type or style of photography, please ask. We have a list of the types of photography and anything you're willing to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
  • Do you backup or otherwise secure images for protection?
    Today, digital photography has changed the game entirely. You will get the end product you are paying for, despite what could happen along the way. We will backup process and secure images between shoots, editing, and delivery to keep them safe and guarantee that nothing goes wrong. Invariably, a not controlled situation could happen, but that is very uncommon. Technology is excellent, but everyone knows it's only sometimes reliable. It's better to be prepared so we give peace of mind to our clients.
  • Why should I hire a professional photographer?
    This is because we offer experience producing high-quality images that will last a lifetime and create beautiful memories. We take advantage of this opportunity.
  • How long will our session take?
    We offer two hours for sessions, while travel photography sessions might be booked as all-day events, or they will be detailed in the specifications of the tour. You will get the time and attention you deserve, and we will only drag the process out once necessary.
  • Do I get the copyright/ownership of my photos?
    Ownership is a big topic in the world of photography. When we press the shutter button and an image is captured as a photographer, we own the copyright without doing anything further. There are some exceptions to this rule, but all those exceptions would include you signing some contract that transfers your copyright ownership to another party.
  • When will we get our finished prints?
    Here's another common question that we see. Depending on the nature and type of print, it might be reasonable to wait anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
  • What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    If there is a rescheduling or to accept a last-minute cancellation, it would be 48 hours before the date. We will help you as much as possible to change the date.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
